UNWINED AT SYMPHONY SPACE A former cafeteria at Symphony Space has been turned into a warmly decorated spot by Gil Rubenstein and Adam Riemer. It is open to the public, not just to ticket holders. There are small plates of food paired with a wine list assembled by Pieter Verheyde:
